Delivery FAQs

Is your delivery discreet?

Absolutely. All orders are shipped in plain brown packages, so there’s no chance of the postman knowing exactly what he’s delivering to you.

 What will appear on my statement?

Your statement will display the name At The Bottom Of The Garden Ltd. That’s the name of our holding company.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not right now, but we certainly intend to, so check back soon!

How long does delivery take?

In normal circumstances, delivery should not take more than 6 working days, but in practice it’s usually only 2 or 3 days. Busy periods of the year and adverse weather conditions can sometimes cause delays.

Is my order tracked?

Yes, we use the Royal Mail Tracked Delivery service and you’ll be emailed a tracking code when your order is despatched. Get in touch with us if you need help tracking your order.

My order didn’t arrive. Help?
